Fields of Orchids

Wide Sterling Silver cuff, hand fabricated and pierced with an Orchid landscape design. Bracelet is two inches in width and comprised of joined and riveted flattened pieces of hand treated textured silver. The bottom sheet was given a brushed finish on one side and sandblasted texture upon the other. The top sheet has been delicately pierced with lush depictions of orchids reminiscent of stained glass in its style. Both sheets were joined together with sterling silver rivets worked into and aiding the design landscape. The cuff was formed and lightly forged into shape to create a piece that is pleasing to the touch and can be worn comfortably.
